
We are hiring – Junior Office Administrator – July 2023
We are currently looking for a dynamic person to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
– Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls with clients and associates.
– Managing diaries, planning and coordinating internal and external appointments.
– Providing support to prepare various documents and reports.
– Providing general administrative support.
– Assisting with presentations and publications of the company.
– Assisting with reports and other materials of the company.
– Assisting with procedures and general administration organisation of the office.
– Collect corporate and Know Your Client(KYC) documents directly from the clients, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant.
– Ad hoc engagements with the departments or the Managing Director of the Company.
Requirements/Skills:
– Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or in a related field.
– No previous working experience is required for the position.
– Accounting knowledge and related diploma/qualification will be considered as an advantage.
– Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Proficient in using office software (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and other relevant tools.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
– Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
– Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently .
– Enthusiastic, confident and dynamic, adaptable and flexible.
– Pleasant personality.
